Please note that the Back Jacks are ordered from our supplier the day of your order. It takes about 2-3 working days for them to arrive at our shop.

In case you need to receive the Back Jacks at a certain time quite soon after your order, please contact us before and let us know.

Our main partners is German Post.

For your convenience you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail which contains the link "Track order status" which enables you to find out at any time the status of payment and dispatch so you know approximately when to exspect the delivery at your door step. 

For orders going to "Rest of the World" eg. all countries outside Europe we offer two variations of sending the goods:

1) Economy Service which goes as Registered Airmail Letter (<2 KG) or as DHL Economy Postal Parcel (>2 KG).
Please note: These DHL Services are shipments arriving with the postal services of your chosen destination - NOT courier services!
